I attended college at Western Carolina Universtiy. I began working at Cherokee Elementary School as a 3rd grade teacher. I transitioned to teaching Exceptional Education several years later. I have worked at Cherokee Elementary for 28 years. I am married and have 2 sons. I enjoy reading, doing crosswork puzzles, watching TV, listening to 80's music, going to the lake, and spending time with my family.
