Mrs. Galloway

My name is Michele Galloway and I am one of the Pre-K teachers here at Cherokee Elementary School. I have been teaching here since 2009 and I hope to be here until I retire. I have been teaching for twenty-eight years and I am a graduate of Western Carolina University and Brevard College. I have been married to my wonderful husband Dale for twenty-seven years and we are the proud parents of two sons-Connor (who died in 2007) and Aidan.  I am also a "dog mom" to a puppy named Boo Radley and a cat named Winnie. My family and I love to hike-we love to do this together. I love to read and I am a deacon at my church. My hobbies are cooking , gardening, hiking in our beautiful mountains, and visiting America's National Parks. My family is my life; I treasure my time with them! I love my students and I am so thankful to work here.
